I said this before, and I'll say it again. the first amendment, just like all other rights are not unlimited. I believe everyone should have EVERY right to do absolutely whatever they want with impunity as long as what they do does not harm another person. Period. That should be the entire bill of rights.

And make no mistake, this type of hate speech indeed harms and has harmed (killed even) many many people.
