What's your point? I mean, my comment was that I don't think this should be a crime. What do those other crimes have to do with this situation? This crime requires almost no resources to solve as they already have the culprit.

Even though I don't think it should be CRIMINAL, I do think what she did is detestable and there should be provisions made to make it easier to sue for damages.
